Every Leshem Diamond purchase comes with a certificate card with our lifetime warranty. The certificate shows the item number and complete description of the diamond including documentation that the diamond is clarity enhanced. The opposite side contains the the text of our warranty as follows:

The diamond (or diamonds set in jewelry) described on this card is a natural diamond that has been clarity enhanced to bring its beauty and brilliance to the highest level possible.

Your diamond is protected by our lifetime Warranty. The clarity enhancement process is stable and permanent under normal wear and tear. However, should the enhancement of the diamond change in appearance or become damaged in any way for any reason, Leshem Diamond Services will restore the treatment free of charge. Simply contact your jewelry store or Leshem Diamond Services directly.

Simply return your diamond to us and we will retreat it - no questions asked.
