of questions about the appearance of yours to see if it might be worth
your while to send it to us. Please call us 800.660.8885.
Of course we would need to inspect your diamond before we can make a
definite recommendation. Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Mountain
Time (USA). Leave a message after hours and we will call you back.
Print out
and sign the client agreement form.
This form is where you declare your insured value for the return of
your diamonds and also agree to have us perform the services.

USA
Do
not write any words on the outside that would indicate that there is
jewelry or other valuable items inside.
(Attention
clients outside of the United States, we service clients worldwide.
When shipping your diamond to us, we recommend
declaring it as "personal item being sent for repair, to be returned
after completion." This wording usually prevents duties from being
charged in either direction, but you may wish to inquire locally as
to how this shipment should be declared. You must pay any applicable
duties or tariffs assessed.)
We
will call you. After we receive your diamond, we will evaluate
it and let you know our final recommendation as to the treatment methods,
likelihood of success, final cost estimation, and to get your authorization
to proceed. Allow 10-15 days for treatment.
